Hoy vamos a referirnos a cuatro de las más frecuentes preposiciones en español y junto a cada una he puesto su equivalente en términos generales en ingles.

CON (with)
DE (from and of)
EN (at, in, on, by)

Preposiciones A, EN, DE, CON y sus usos: (These prepositions have the following uses)

1. Dirección (Direction)
Luis va a la oficina

2. Tiempo (Time)
A las dos salgo de clase

CON
1. Compañía (Company)
Estoy con �l
2. Instrumento (Instrument)
�l escribe con bolígrafo azul

DE
1. Procedencia (Provenance)
Pepe viene de clase
Luis es de España

2. Tiempo (Time)
? Que hora es? Son las dos de la tarde

3. Propiedad (Property)
El libro de español es de Georgina

4. Materia (Material)
La mesa es de madera.

EN
1. Lugar donde se esta (Place where we are)
Estamos en Barcelona por cinco días.

2. Dentro de (Inside)
Las llaves están en mi bolso

3. Medio de transporte (Means of transport)
Voy a clase en metro

4. Tiempo (Time)
En verano hace calor en Madrid
